In this Digital world, All thing can be done on a fingertips.If one wants to buy  groceries it gets delivered to one's home on a finger tip, same thing applies with laundry service,calling a cab,Purchasing anything,Banking transactions etc.
The younger generation is more busy with people in online mode than rarely knowing nearby people in offline mode. Now a days even one's mom call his kids for dinner,sitting in his room by a watsapp message.
I would love to share my own experience on the shackles of digital world,which is not allowing one to feel and share one emotion's in the real world.My grand father now in his Mid-Eighties still enjoy to visit a bank and stand in a queue to get his account updated, We Grand children tried so many times to convince him for a net banking activation and could let him know the transaction as and when requires sitting back at home.One day I planned to accompany him to see how he manage all this thing in this age.
It was a surprise to me.I saw while going on the way to the bank,At least 3-4 people said him 'Namaste' and 'how are you?' and many talked each other by nodding heads. After reaching bank ,I saw people are talking to him and he is smiling , laughing,talking and enjoying and it hardly took 10 minutes to get his work done. This all touched me and I stopped telling him to apply for net banking etc.I could realize how the shackles of digital world is not allowing us to connect in person with the real emotions and feels real togetherness is when we meet people in person and share the Joy and feel each moment live with our eyes.

The video by Kissan is very touching in these respect .It shows how an old age person bring people together ,who are more busy with online friends /relatives than offline loved one's.and must say nature's plays a vital role in bringing people together.
When a baby is gifted in a family ,It brings baby's Mom-dad together and all the loved one's too.
Even Nature is an equalizer to all section of society.When there is a Rain ,All people tends to go to their windows,balconies and would love to feel the natural beauty ,be it a rich man or a poor man or people from any community ,Nature is an equalizer to all.
People tend to share the natural beauty with others ,I visited a place called Nandi hills near Bangalore,Unknown people where asking us to visit some discoveries and take pictures of the scenic beauty of their discovery.So indeed ,Nature binds people and plays a crucial role to feel and share real emotions together.

Awesomeness at the #BergerXP Indiblogger Meet !

The day which all the bloggers of Kolkata was waiting for has finally came on 12th day of September 2015 .It was Berger Express painting Indiblogger meet organised at one of the premium venue The Oberoi Grand Hotel, Kolkata.
The event started at 4 pm with a warm up season by Indiblogger team,which helped us to be free from any shyness and then a random introduction round from the attendees where a brief intro of  few of the bloggers and useful tips where shared, Only a couple of faces I met before and few of them I know virtually but this platform helped me to meet many virtual blogger in real life.We could see a couple of bloggers of around age 16 as well ,which itself is very motivating for all of us.
The organizing team showered many prizes for best photography,best tweets with hastag #BergerXP and many more to the attendees.
Then the marketing head from Berger team explained us the latest trend and tools they were using to ease the manual effort which saves lot many time with respect to the time of completion of the painting work.
Then came the fun part ,where we all were divided into separate team and we need to do two of the activities .

The first one was removing of sand from a white board followed by the next event which was even more awesome - Painting which meant for a social cause.

Both the task was very much innovative and involved team activities where each of the team were trying their best to complete the task in the best way and with the best theme.
After this awesome fun activities came an awesome dinner and then each of us were handed a goodie bag while leaving.
Must say before the event  there was a shyness in me but after the completion of the event ,could make around a dozen of friends and came with lot many useful tips and an awesome memories.
Many of the blogger are now my very good friend and we continuous discuss and share useful tips and takes in our social channels.
I thank IndiBlogger and Berger Express team for expressing such interest in Kolkata  and proving us such platform and as promised we will continue writing and expressing ourselves as always and will wait for you to come with many more such epic event in the city of Joy.

Manjhi The Mountain Man .. an unbelievable story !!

Manjhi the film is Nawazuddin Siddiqui's film and he nails it with his awesome and class acting skills with appropriate support from Radhika Apte as his wife, Phagunia.

If one is looking for entertainment and glamour, they won't find it here. But If someone is looking for an unbelievable story come true, this is the movie one must watch .

What I liked :

Story: The unbelievable real story of Dashrath Manjhi, India's mountain man who single-handedly made a road through the mountains of Gehlaur.

 Acting : Siddiqui's acting and appropriately supported by Radhika apte,This is undoubtedly the kind of performance where you can say that Siddiqui bhai deserves all the awards out there

Dialogue: Great dialogue which will be from now on be daily used in communication with friends,family etc  I loved the dialogue ,                                                                                                My favourite  "Bhagwan ke bharose mat baitho, ka pata u humre bharose baitha ho!" , This particular lines keeps me self motivated and gives me a confidence to do something of my own.to fulfill all my goals.                                                                                                                                      My 2nd favourite "Hum tose itta pyaar karte hain, itta pyaar karte hain, itta pyaar karte hain, kitta pyaar karte hain? Hanuman jee ki tarah seena cheer ke dikhayein?"  

What I didn't liked:

• Scene where Nawazuddin has to cut his right toe off after a snakebite.
• Music: It doesn't have any chartbusting music or songs.

Overall the film Manjhi as per me turns out to be just like its patent  dialogue- 

“Shaandaar Zabardast Zindabad !!!".

Would you Settle with OnePlus2 ?

OnePlus2 SmartPhone is the 2nd release from the OnePlus ,A china based mobile maker who sold millions of its Smartphone OnePlus One with invite system ,where buyers where hungry to buy Smartphones and maker kept them in the waiting queue for the availabilty of device.
Finally after a year around ,A buyer could buy this SmartPhone directly from e-commerce websites and among them I was also the one to buy the flagship killer.

After couple of month When I bought OnePlus One ,On August 11 2015,OnePlus 2 got officially released and I got the opportunity to have an hands on the #FlagshipKiller on a OnePlus 2 fan meet in Kolkata.!

The Phone looks to be an awesome one with its great build quality and design,It has a decent screen and reliable finger print reader with an impressive camera and video recorder.I was in love with OnePlus One camera .OnePlus 2 has made the best of OnePlus one camera and made itself the best camera smartphone with dual led light .The camera is in a bit down position than its predecessor, giving it a great angle to take photography.

The OnePlus 2 has its own OS. OxygenOS,which is one of the strongest aspects of the phone relative to other Android devices. What we get is something equivalent to stock Android.

Things which I liked most about OnePlus 2:

• Dual Sim feature,which is not in One Plus One .For which I need to carry extra Phone.
• Finger Print Sensor works fine and is very reliable.
• One Plus own OS ,Oxygen OS .It seems equivalent to stock android .
• Addition of FM radio which was missing in One Plus One 

Things which I think is missing in OnePlus 2 is:

• NFC
• IR blaster to control tv via Smartphones
• HDMI Port
• No Removal battery
• Length of Charging wire is a bit Small than usual charger.Expect an increase in length of the charger in upcoming release.

But all things will not come in same pocket.The tradeoff between awesome design is what the maker did,And must say they came up with the expectations.

The OnePlus 2 SmartPhone is a great buy and a great value for money device But Only for those who don't have its predecessor OnePlus One.

But for those having its Predecessor.There are not many reason to buy it.

Yes,Now if I talk about Smart Phones in the range of 10-20 K Rupee, I must say there is no Smart phone which can beat Asus Zenfone 2.

Are you an Electronic,Dance ,music addicts .?

Yes I am an EDM lover.love dance, high electronic music and love going in a concert. The story of mine and EDM love started from my college time where every year we used to organize a fest where we call singers,musician to join us and give us an electrifying experience.We do used to call our peers from other college and do get chance to attend their college fest.It is an awesome journey . Great Singer,musician ,dancer all makes us gaga on those three days of our college fest.

The last quarter of the year for all the engineering students where a festive season of Fest,where we get a chance to Swirl and dance with different artist. Few college bands,few local bands and few famous celebrity .

But life after college doesn't end my EDM love. I start attending concerts etc. I attended NH7 weekender for two season which happens generally on October.. Few artist we know about gives us remarkable experience and few are just okay types. The hectic time in a job get a chance to energize the body and soul with dance and music It indeed zest up my life . But what if the fest you attend or the concert you opt to go has your famous artist,whom you love and adore  ,who are a real rockstars when it comes to music and dance . Yes,It will  indeed boost our nerves, minds and soul to maximum level. 

But what if we have a combination of artist , My favourite Allu Arjun and Anushka Manchanda in the same stage . Allu Arjun, who is awesome when it comes to an EDM .He definitely will rock the audience with his energetic performance. He is a super performer everywhere ,be it college fest ,his films ,award functions etc. The awesome part is his comedy timing .which he do is something every stand up comedian must learn.With his awesome dance and comedy timing he will rock all the people .

But what if the gorgeous Anushka Manchanda also share the stage with him .She will definitely swirl the crowd with turn the audience to swirl at the highest level,with her lovely voice and awesome songs which any Indian EDM lover will like.Her song 'Dum aaro Dum' , will make people feel the awesomeness of Goa in the fest itself.

And if she sings on 'Na jaane kaha se aayi hai' it will again rock the public ,specially couples with some extraordinary bollywood steps .

Yes,Here in this post I will not be talking about pocket sized mobile phones.Rather I will be talking about pocket friendly mobile phones in the range of Rs 5000 - Rs 10000 .
The first in the league.Which is my personnel choice and I own it too is Xiomi Redmi 2.

Xiaomi Redmi 2 smartphone with 4.70-inch 720 x 1280 display powered by 1.2GHz processor alongside 1GB RAM , 8-megapixel rear camera and 2-megapixel front camera comes at a price of Rs 6999.Its a dual sim phone(GSM + LTE) and has all the basic features as well.It is awesome in look and has a great user interface.I must say it has Superb display and sound clarity.Initial version Redmi 1s has got heating problem when one use it extensively but this particular device The Redmi 2 doesn't have such problem.Its a value for money device.

The next in the league is Moto E
Moto E smartphone with 4.5 inch HD display powered by 1.2GHz processor alongside 1GB RAM , 5-megapixel rear camera and 0.3-megapixel front camera comes at a price of Rs 6999.Its a dual sim phone(GSM + UMTS ) and has all the basic features as well.Almost all the features are similar to Redmi 2 but it lags in its screen size and camera.The front camera seems to be a VGA camera.Though it has a better battery life than Redmi 2 and runs on a Android lolipop ,But still it comes as my 2nd choice

The third in the list is a windows based mobile phone Microsoft Lumia 535



Lumia 535 smartphone with 5 inch HD display powered by 1.2GHz processor alongside 1GB RAM , 5-megapixel rear camera  with a flash and 5 megapixel front camera comes at a price of Rs 8500 and it comes in different color and its price changes as per the color .Its a dual sim phone(GSM + WCDMA ) and has all the basic features as well.It has a sleek built which make it a gorgeous handset and also has gorilla glass 3 protection for the screen .As windows iOS process are light it has got better battery life. But as usual ,one will be getting lesser app than that of the android user .Though it's an incredible phone,Would have been in my top slot if had an android iOS.

There are plenty of on budget mobile phone  available in the market.But above mentioned phones are those which give one an incredible experience and are truly the value for money Smartphones.

Maximizing happiness from micro moments !!

Indeed!! Many waits for an event, an occasion , a reason ,a particular day ,an evening to celebrate ,meet and great and enjoy but why do one need a reason for all this ,Why a day ,an event ,an occasion is required to celebrate .
I am celebrating each moment at the fullest. All wants to live long and peacefully .But nothing guarantees any ones life.For instance ,the recent earthquake has taken many lives in Nepal.
So why not to live a life or each day as if it is our last day.
That is what I am doing ,I maximize my happiness in every smaller moment I live in .
When even I buy small things that also give me immense pleasure ,I wrap out the cover slowly and give some background commentary to feel the pleasure of buying things.

Every weekend I talk to all my dear and loved ones,I make new friends and be in contact with them.Wishing a birthday to anyone will make him/her happy.These are smaller things I take care of.I try my best to wish anyone I know 'A very Happy Birthday' .These are small things which come in big pocket which makes people happy and make them feel special and indeed it don't take any hardship to do so.

While going in a public transport.If  I see an old age uncle or any lady standing nearby.I offer them a seat .Which make myself happy ,so do to the person whom I offer.yes this are small little things but it give be maximum happiness and gives a feel good factor to the lady,uncle anyone whom I offer.

When a small child,my cousin, my niece comes ,I talk to them with there common sense .Offer them chocolates,Play with them the way they plays.Even play stupid games which give them immense pleasure and so do me . It is always a learning and I love all this.

Even at my workplace ,Many college freshers joins and they are always in the mood of skipping works and go for hangout ...ha ha but this time I don't follow them ,I make such an environment where we talk ,we work and we hangout together so that even we can achieve the organisation goal and each of us desire.We need to accommodate and inherit traits of each other and must enjoy life at the fullest ,In the process we maximize our micro moments to a maximum happiness and  hence we #CelebrateLife at the fullest.

A sample set of a Gen Y person(I am referring to myself).Who earns almost 40K a month, spends how much and on which items and on which e commerce sites.What is my favorite e commerce sites in recent times and which e commerce site I have never shopped in. Answer to all these in this post below.

The people who shy buying any items from e commerce site and when I tell them these all items I bought from e commerce sites ,they feel unbelievable .

 is priced less.Out of last 10 purchases 6 comes flipkart.So in recent times flipkart is my favorite .
I have purchased 14 items till date and total spending is 22788 Rs so average is around 1628 Rs per Item. The total spending which I did in Flipkart is comparatively less than the other eCommerce sites because on many occassion I saw flipkart doesnt sell big home products which were available in Snapdeal and infibeam etc.

Now moving to amazon which also comes as one of my favorite at recent times .
The rest 4 out of 10 which I have bought in recent times comes from Amazon.Note :my last  2 purchases were from Amazon.

As of now I have bought 5 items from Amazon and my recent 2 buys are from Amazon only.The
total spending in Amazon till date is 8045.5.Which is somehow nearer to the Average spending per item on Flipkart.Which comes out to be 1610 Rs.

But Unfortunately ,Both Amazon and Flipkart is not the ecommerce where I have spend highest.
Lets bring them those where I have spend more than both this ecommerce King.
Here comes Infibeam,From where I have bought the item which is of the highest spending by
me on an item  in any eCommerce site till date.

Though the status is Showing Pending yet ,But the item was delivered and I paid for the same.
The Price is 38.3k for an Led Tv.But after this purchase I never did purchase in this portal
 and even forget to see the price before ordering in any portal.

The ECommerce Site where spending is at par and is second highest
 spending by me is Snapdeal.

The Total spending till date is 37K in 2 items .I have no purchased any item from snapdeal since last 15 months.The above washing machine has been delivered to me but still the system error showing as Status :Processing

Now comes those portal where I purchased very rare.
From Ebay I have purchased only 2 items till date. and total spending is 1250 Rs approximately

I rarely do any price comparison  while purchasing  any item .

The 2nd set where I purchased only 1 item is Jabong .

I purchased only one item till date But average spending is 2397 Rs which is above flipkart and Amazon.
And those eCommerce sites which is not in the list .I have never purchased any items from them .
Total spending by me till date on Ecommerce sites comes out to be 110K approximately.

How #hashtag trends on Twitter

Twitter ,a micro blogging tool where we find many hashtags and keyword on the left panel of the screen,I used to wonder how a particular hashtag starts trending.Slowly and slowly I discover few things which would like to depict out here.

When there is some news ,they might starts trending when people start using the same keyword or hashtag etc .For Instance today is 18th April and Bangalore is bandh today and there is Kolkata muncipal corporation election .so in below picture we can see that in India the trend is as such

The above shows the India trend ,which we can change the trend as we like to city trends or also to the world trend which ever we like.

In India trends we can see #KarnatakaBandh is at no 2 .But when we change the trend to Bangalore,see the result 

The #KarnatakaBandh came to no 1 and there are many hashtag which is trending in bangalore but not in India and vice versa.

Now the question is how these topic starts trending.

we can see #MIvsCSK trending in Bangalore.These trend came when marketing team of Ipl or the sponsor of CSK and MI started using the hashtag for the match and each of the user started interacting and started talking about it.

Again if we see #Vote4BjpBengal is trending in India ,It is sure that these hashtag was not used by any media channel as it is specific to party.So the Bjp party people ,supporters and paid influencer started using the same hashtag to get it trend in India and when  twitterite see the trends in there panel.They even start tweeting on the subject which further result in trending for long till a new trends emerge via news etc.

Nandi Hills -- Awesome Place to see sun rise!!

The sunrise always seems to be amazing,when you see it at the Nandi hills.
During my recent trip to Bangalore,We planned a trip to Nandi hills.We booked am innova for the early morning.Unfortunately ,The cab didn't came and even the driver was not responding to the call.We thought our Plan for Nandi hills will not be executed .But Luck was in our favor.We tried with another cab service in the early morning and the cab came within 20 mins after confirmation and we were as per our plan to Nandi Hills but just 20 mins late.
Nandi hills was around 50 Km from our place and we reached there in 50 mins around.
The atmosphere out there in Nandi Hills was amazing.It was a cool weather out there.the feeling of morning breeze at the top of the hills on our still wet hair cannot be explained in words.
I could see so many bikers,friends,family hanging around in early morning to see the beautiful sun rise.Even I with my family was ready to see the scenic beauty of the Nandi hills.

Friends and family were taking pics of each other to capture the beauty of the place.
My 18 months little neice,Vaanya was smiling though out the trip while seeing small monkeies fighting with each other.

We visited the Nandi temple and did capture many beautiful pics of the scenic place.We stayed there for around 2.30 hrs and then we went back to our place and did bought a kg of grapes when got down from the nandi hills.The grapes were different from the usual grapes we get in the market.It was bigger in size and sweet in taste.Must Say,Nandi hill is one of the beautiful place in the outskirt of bangalore ,where everyone must visit with friends and family

With family it's always a Dil ki Deal !!

Being a working professional ,It is some time very difficult to take a long leave and attend a family function.It become more difficult if the family function is happening in out station,some 2000 kms away from the city where I live in.This time it was a convocation for my brother who was passing out from IIM Bangalore,It was a very proud moment for each of us and we all family members wanted to take part in this beautiful ceremony and the proudest moment of my brother's life.

It was becoming very difficult for me to take leave and I know to attend this function in Bangalore I need at least 3 days of holidays ,1 for the dinner party invited to all guest on a Wednesday 25th March 2015 other was convocation on Friday, 27th march 2015.So it was basically at least 3 days of holidays I need to take to attend both and As I have lot of pressure in my work due to year closure etc.It was impossible for me to ask my Manager for this 3 days of holidays.so I kept mum and dropped my plan for this awesome time with my family.

The day passes in office and it was on 25th March I was feeling so confused and helpless about this .My mind was in office in Kolkata but my heart was in Bangalore .I wanted to attend this but now I couldn't and was not able to concentrate on my work.
The day passed and then I started feeling I should have gone.Work will be throughout and I need to balance my self,my professional life and my personnel life ,But it was just 26th March I have missed one function and one the major one where my brother will be certified with the IIM Bangalore Degree certificate was yet to come .I planned to go Bangalore now to attend this major event,.But this time my heart was not letting my mind to do things like it did earlier.
I planned for the trip and booked a flight ticket for Bangalore on 27th March 2015 morning. and believe me I could feel the happiness and joy ,when my brother saw me ,He felt so special and it boosted his confidence and he was in cloud nine at that time.

We all attended the awesome Convocation function and it was indeed a #DilKiDeal.

I was so much motivated by the awesome speech of Dr Devi Shetty ,who was the chief guest for this convocation.

He is indeed a great man with vison for doing things for the masses and specially for the weaker section of the society.

This decision to attend this function was a decision of my heart which made my family happy and our bond with each other became more stronger.!!

IIM Bangalore 40th Convocation Year 2015 !!

It was a great pleasure for me and other family members of the passout students to attend as a guest for the convocation programme of IIM Bangalore 2015.I am very much Proud of my brother for completing his MBA in PGSEM from IIM bangalore!!
The convocation has chief guest -- Dr Devi Shetty,A renowned personality and  a philanthropist who made possible the heart surgery for thousands of people and a very cheap price and The IIM Bangalore society chairman Kiran Mazumdar,The Biocon Chairman ,who is a renowned entrepreneur who made available high price medicine at cheap price to masses in India

It give me extreme pleasure to see the confidence and pride of the people who graduated and there parents,relatives ,friends including me .

Dr Shetty gave a wonderful speech ,Stating how we should look to our business plan,What are the phases and things he has gone through.He said,There will be many instances when we will fail and we will fail that's for sure but we should have strong conviction to do things .He says we should plan a business which will serve a common man,the weakest and poorest section of the society.

By giving an example of the most expensive watch Breguet,costlier than even ferrari is made by a cheap watch maker swatch.So he advice us to Plan things which will serve the common man needs and that is what has a higher chances of success,

It gave me a new dimension to think before initiating any new project or work .

Then we have a good photo session to capture the wonderful moment

These are the life time moments for me .
