IIM Bangalore 40th Convocation Year 2015 !!

It was a great pleasure for me and other family members of the passout students to attend as a guest for the convocation programme of IIM Bangalore 2015.I am very much Proud of my brother for completing his MBA in PGSEM from IIM bangalore!!
The convocation has chief guest -- Dr Devi Shetty,A renowned personality and  a philanthropist who made possible the heart surgery for thousands of people and a very cheap price and The IIM Bangalore society chairman Kiran Mazumdar,The Biocon Chairman ,who is a renowned entrepreneur who made available high price medicine at cheap price to masses in India

It give me extreme pleasure to see the confidence and pride of the people who graduated and there parents,relatives ,friends including me .

Dr Shetty gave a wonderful speech ,Stating how we should look to our business plan,What are the phases and things he has gone through.He said,There will be many instances when we will fail and we will fail that's for sure but we should have strong conviction to do things .He says we should plan a business which will serve a common man,the weakest and poorest section of the society.

By giving an example of the most expensive watch Breguet,costlier than even ferrari is made by a cheap watch maker swatch.So he advice us to Plan things which will serve the common man needs and that is what has a higher chances of success,

It gave me a new dimension to think before initiating any new project or work .

Then we have a good photo session to capture the wonderful moment

These are the life time moments for me .

Yes ,I am Talking about times now and Arnab Goswami ,The editor of times now .With a very high TRP at what they call it as SUPER PRIME TIME from 9 pm to 11 pm.
I do see there Hashtag everyday trending on twitter ,Geneally based on some national issue on day or based on some national debate on some or the other party and I find there Hashtag  trending all over India and some time in the world.

The recent election with Rahul Gandhi a.k.a Pappu gave new boost to the channel and fan to times now and Arnab Goswami.Every evening of the weekdays ,They have debate on 2 issues with a hashtag and Most of the time till morning of other day I find there hashtag Trending.

These trends where majority for good reason,for subjects in politics.

Were Viewers and Arnab criticizes Politician etc for some or the other reason.

The days are not same.We know all has a tendency to criticize.Times Now were on belief that the viewers love criticizing and they will do the same on 26th March 2015 when India Lose to Australia in a world cup semi final match.In no more than 5 minutes after the game loss.TImes now came with a Post mortem for the match with a hashtag #ShamelessSydney

It is Rightly said that cricket is a religion in India and Cricket lover will not tolerate this.

The reaction for the same was good enough that twitteriates trended the TRP stunt to a new hashtag

#ShameOnTimesNow and Even the keyword Arnab was trending more than Anushka ,For whom people were cracking different jokes.

Now I just want to convey in Arnab Language that Never Ever Ever Ever criticize anyone without proper analyzing and specially to one who gives his life to the motherland and stands for it alwayz!!

And the trend setter started trending for the wrong doing!!

Big Data Analytics -->Data driven Election Campaign

Its an election session in India and seems to be a big budget for all the party in digital campaign.

During an elections the voters decision in choosing the right candidate to vote are diverse in every way possible – be it sentiments,religion, faith, language etc. There selections are also based on a multitude of factors - be it direct – policies for that region, local polarizations, past records indirect like geography, television penetration, mobile penetration, financial stability, climate, readership, media, etc.

The  indirect way is the main area where Data driven election campaign works and the data driven campaign goes to the granularity of all electorate.

Every Party knows it very well so they do campaign in different way but now the traditional way of campaigning no longer exist.Its a Data Driven Campaigning . Predictive Analytic is all the way,The data is driving and many confused about whom to vote for and are guided by social, familial or political influencers. 

The patterns found could then be applied to past election data and voter turnouts in each constituency and then various prediction models could be built around them which could simulate various scenarios. An example of a page visit of my facebook page which show the trends in various parameters.Even when The party has an campaign budget so the  budget are utilized properly can be ensure by Advance Analytics

Even like a personalized message from any party can influence one neutral man to caste his vote for the candidate.

As an example a Twitter personalized holi message for me (neutral person) via Narendra modi gave me a feel good factor.Which may let me to caste my vote on behalf of him.

Hello Moto!! --Motorola & me

My mobile journey started with Nokia 1100.Whe I was going Kota for Coaching and my father gifted me a Nokia 1100 with a BSNL number.

Soon after a month or so there was a Pan India launch of Reliance communication with  few 24*7 talk time free plan .so I switched to  Reliance CDMA  and opted Nokia 2112.

Then after a year a new journey of my mobile world started with Iconic Moto Razr v3i gifted by my brother from his first salary.

It was the best phone during that period and  perhaps the best ever till date in a flip category phone till date .

I used this phone for around 4 years than I asked my friend who was in US to bring the best motorola phone from there.Then comes my 1st ever android phone from Motorola

The Robotic----> Droid 3

The qwerty keypad was perhaps much better than those of blackberry itself and the best part was its extraordinary ringtone!!

This was my best upgradation and I was in more deep love with this motorola Device!!

Using it for 3 years It was a time to switch to other Smart Phone.

Only options were Iphone & Samsung range of smart phone.

Then get to know about an exclusive launch of MOTO G by Flip Kart.

Thought to wait but the price & feature it has was friendly for pocket & I didn't stopped and ordered the same and received it in 2 days at my door.

An awesome budget phone associated with best e-commerce portal which delivers good hassle free and keeps us updated about our ordered item.

When I am at workplace I also get to know details about the name of person it is delivered  in my home .

Tax Tax Tax will it stop ever!!

Government has such an ample of money from Tax payers be it corporate be it earning middle class.
High income people above 10 lakhs who fall under 30 percent brackets to low income people under 5 lakh & above 2 lakhs in 10 percent bracket all hard earned money go for Indian Taxation System called
 Income Tax.

A employee earning 20 lakh say has to pay 10lakh%30= 3lakhs
                                                                 5 lakh%20= 1 lakhs
                            2 Lakh rebate than           8 lakh%10=80k

amounting to total tax on 20 lakhs is around  4.8 lakhs considering you are not doing FD's etc for 80C etc

               

The Game doesn't stop here you recharge your mobile you need to pay service tax of around 12 percent .
Now even services at Salon ,A haircut at salon like Naturals also come under service tax.
If you dine you pay Vat & service tax.

A pizza at pizza hut comes under 22.5 percent around on taxes with Vat & service tax.
that means a bill of 2000 Rs will bring Rs 450 around on taxes.

You drive car ,You have to pay taxes on car you own,Road you use,petrol you use & what else

Even every proffesional has to pay a proffesional tax every month in their salary.

Are we getting the service from government after paying so much money as taxes to the Government?

Can Government can produce any mechanism that minimize the burden on tax payers.?

Hoping the next Government in central to bring a reform in this front!!

Answer to all those from my experience comes in this blog..

For Why....Answer is Job......Medical reason......State government policy for business....Tourism

The Hottest place for Job in southern India is Bangalore....though its weather is not the hottest .People saves money for AC bills etc if they stay here ;)....

Then comes Chennai followed by Coimbatore...............

 these are for IT jobs etc and for textile job people moves to tirpur(near coimbatore)

If any one travels from Kolkata to Chennai via madras mail/coromandel express......will you able to believe  that in every 10......7 goes chennai for medical reason....Best doctors and Best hospital with specialization in every field....For Diabetes...Dr Mohan diabetes,M.V.Diabetes.....for eyes Narayana Nethralaya....

for heart....Narayana  hrudayalaya and for others Apollo hospitals,SRM hospitals,CMC vellore 2.30 hrs from chennai etc.In most of the hospital most of the instruction are written in English/Bengali...which itself depicts the large flow of crowd from eastern parts of India

State government policy there in west bengal is not good for business and as always Strike etc lure people to move to Southern India as a place for investment

Finally Tourism....Kerala....beaches of kovalam.....hill station of Ooty...kodaikanal.....places like Madurai...Coorg,Rameswaram..Kanyakumari,Mysore Palace in Maysore and Darshan place like Tirupati

Eastern India will route to Southern India as always if IT jobs,Medical facility,policies etc remain same kind ain that pat of region

A Cute Luv Story

A boy had cancer & he had only one month to live.

He liked a girl working in a CD shop.

But he did not tell her abot his love.

Everyday he used to go to the CD shop & buy a CD to talk to her.

After a month he died.

When the girl went and asked about him his mother told that he died and took her to his room.

Inside the room the girl saw all the CDs unopened and the girl cried.............................

You know why?????
