Nandi Hills -- Awesome Place to see sun rise!!

The sunrise always seems to be amazing,when you see it at the Nandi hills.
During my recent trip to Bangalore,We planned a trip to Nandi hills.We booked am innova for the early morning.Unfortunately ,The cab didn't came and even the driver was not responding to the call.We thought our Plan for Nandi hills will not be executed .But Luck was in our favor.We tried with another cab service in the early morning and the cab came within 20 mins after confirmation and we were as per our plan to Nandi Hills but just 20 mins late.
Nandi hills was around 50 Km from our place and we reached there in 50 mins around.
The atmosphere out there in Nandi Hills was amazing.It was a cool weather out there.the feeling of morning breeze at the top of the hills on our still wet hair cannot be explained in words.
I could see so many bikers,friends,family hanging around in early morning to see the beautiful sun rise.Even I with my family was ready to see the scenic beauty of the Nandi hills.

Friends and family were taking pics of each other to capture the beauty of the place.
My 18 months little neice,Vaanya was smiling though out the trip while seeing small monkeies fighting with each other.

We visited the Nandi temple and did capture many beautiful pics of the scenic place.We stayed there for around 2.30 hrs and then we went back to our place and did bought a kg of grapes when got down from the nandi hills.The grapes were different from the usual grapes we get in the market.It was bigger in size and sweet in taste.Must Say,Nandi hill is one of the beautiful place in the outskirt of bangalore ,where everyone must visit with friends and family

With family it's always a Dil ki Deal !!

Being a working professional ,It is some time very difficult to take a long leave and attend a family function.It become more difficult if the family function is happening in out station,some 2000 kms away from the city where I live in.This time it was a convocation for my brother who was passing out from IIM Bangalore,It was a very proud moment for each of us and we all family members wanted to take part in this beautiful ceremony and the proudest moment of my brother's life.

It was becoming very difficult for me to take leave and I know to attend this function in Bangalore I need at least 3 days of holidays ,1 for the dinner party invited to all guest on a Wednesday 25th March 2015 other was convocation on Friday, 27th march 2015.So it was basically at least 3 days of holidays I need to take to attend both and As I have lot of pressure in my work due to year closure etc.It was impossible for me to ask my Manager for this 3 days of holidays.so I kept mum and dropped my plan for this awesome time with my family.

The day passes in office and it was on 25th March I was feeling so confused and helpless about this .My mind was in office in Kolkata but my heart was in Bangalore .I wanted to attend this but now I couldn't and was not able to concentrate on my work.
The day passed and then I started feeling I should have gone.Work will be throughout and I need to balance my self,my professional life and my personnel life ,But it was just 26th March I have missed one function and one the major one where my brother will be certified with the IIM Bangalore Degree certificate was yet to come .I planned to go Bangalore now to attend this major event,.But this time my heart was not letting my mind to do things like it did earlier.
I planned for the trip and booked a flight ticket for Bangalore on 27th March 2015 morning. and believe me I could feel the happiness and joy ,when my brother saw me ,He felt so special and it boosted his confidence and he was in cloud nine at that time.

We all attended the awesome Convocation function and it was indeed a #DilKiDeal.

I was so much motivated by the awesome speech of Dr Devi Shetty ,who was the chief guest for this convocation.

He is indeed a great man with vison for doing things for the masses and specially for the weaker section of the society.

This decision to attend this function was a decision of my heart which made my family happy and our bond with each other became more stronger.!!

IIM Bangalore 40th Convocation Year 2015 !!

It was a great pleasure for me and other family members of the passout students to attend as a guest for the convocation programme of IIM Bangalore 2015.I am very much Proud of my brother for completing his MBA in PGSEM from IIM bangalore!!
The convocation has chief guest -- Dr Devi Shetty,A renowned personality and  a philanthropist who made possible the heart surgery for thousands of people and a very cheap price and The IIM Bangalore society chairman Kiran Mazumdar,The Biocon Chairman ,who is a renowned entrepreneur who made available high price medicine at cheap price to masses in India

It give me extreme pleasure to see the confidence and pride of the people who graduated and there parents,relatives ,friends including me .

Dr Shetty gave a wonderful speech ,Stating how we should look to our business plan,What are the phases and things he has gone through.He said,There will be many instances when we will fail and we will fail that's for sure but we should have strong conviction to do things .He says we should plan a business which will serve a common man,the weakest and poorest section of the society.

By giving an example of the most expensive watch Breguet,costlier than even ferrari is made by a cheap watch maker swatch.So he advice us to Plan things which will serve the common man needs and that is what has a higher chances of success,

It gave me a new dimension to think before initiating any new project or work .

Then we have a good photo session to capture the wonderful moment

These are the life time moments for me .

Loved to be the part of this convocation !!

Answer to all those from my experience comes in this blog..

For Why....Answer is Job......Medical reason......State government policy for business....Tourism

The Hottest place for Job in southern India is Bangalore....though its weather is not the hottest .People saves money for AC bills etc if they stay here ;)....

Then comes Chennai followed by Coimbatore...............

 these are for IT jobs etc and for textile job people moves to tirpur(near coimbatore)

If any one travels from Kolkata to Chennai via madras mail/coromandel express......will you able to believe  that in every 10......7 goes chennai for medical reason....Best doctors and Best hospital with specialization in every field....For Diabetes...Dr Mohan diabetes,M.V.Diabetes.....for eyes Narayana Nethralaya....

for heart....Narayana  hrudayalaya and for others Apollo hospitals,SRM hospitals,CMC vellore 2.30 hrs from chennai etc.In most of the hospital most of the instruction are written in English/Bengali...which itself depicts the large flow of crowd from eastern parts of India

State government policy there in west bengal is not good for business and as always Strike etc lure people to move to Southern India as a place for investment

Finally Tourism....Kerala....beaches of kovalam.....hill station of Ooty...kodaikanal.....places like Madurai...Coorg,Rameswaram..Kanyakumari,Mysore Palace in Maysore and Darshan place like Tirupati

Eastern India will route to Southern India as always if IT jobs,Medical facility,policies etc remain same kind ain that pat of region

A Cute Luv Story

A boy had cancer & he had only one month to live.

He liked a girl working in a CD shop.

But he did not tell her abot his love.

Everyday he used to go to the CD shop & buy a CD to talk to her.

After a month he died.

When the girl went and asked about him his mother told that he died and took her to his room.

Inside the room the girl saw all the CDs unopened and the girl cried.............................

You know why?????

once all feeling decided 2 play hide and seek.

pain started counting n all others were hiding.

lie hide near tree,love couldn't get a place to hide so

he hid himself in rose bush.Everyone was caught

except love but madness told pain about love.

pain jumbed in d bush n when came out love

lost his eye because of the thorns.then god

cursed pain and ordered him 2 b wid luv 4 ever.

since then

LOVE is blind and alwayz accompanied by pain.......!

"Love means exposing yourself to the pain of being hurt.."

no one is bad

NO ONE IS BAD
I believe dat no one is a bad ......but what makes a man bad is the circumstances.

MY OWN STORY:-

i found a girl in my life...who was very soft 2 me ....we talked till late nite....i started loving dat girl...she too started loving me ....but as we continue our story a day came ...when she started ignoring me...i found her she started giving me excuses..she used 2 tell dat she was ignoring me because of me only ...I WIL LOSE MY CONTROL ON ME IN FUTURE--she meant dat am addicted to her and if she continue our relation as such ...wil b bad 4 me...and thus she break up our relation..
who was the loser.i lost her because of me?
or what?
who is bad?
me or her?
there is only one point what i believe.......NO ONE IS BAD....WHAT MAKES ONE BAD IS THE CIRCUMSTANCES.
